We ship anywhere! Domestic shipping is FREE for all purchases totaling $100.00 or more, and a flat rate of $6.50 for orders up to $99.99. We also offer expedited shipping within the USA. International orders also have a variety of shipping options available.
Orders generally ship within 24 hours.
International orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail unless you email and request another service. International Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Please note that most international orders cannot be tracked once they leave the U.S.
If your order is a gift and would like a gift receipt with no prices listed, please include this in your notes at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to LOVE your SteelCore items, but in case you don't, we make it easy for returns, exchanges and store credit.
We must receive your unworn, unwashed items with the tags attached within 15 days from the original ship date in order to receive a full refund, excepting shipping costs. Items received between 15 to 30 days from the ship date will be eligible for exchange, and after 30 days for store credit only.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return your SteelCore product (except otherwise noted) for a full refund minus original shipping costs.
All returns must be in their original packaging and original condition, with original tags still on the garment, unworn, and unwashed. Items that have been altered or damaged are non-returnable.
Return or exchange shipping is at the customer's expense unless it is due to a manufacturing defect. Please return items to: SteelCore; 319 Franklin Street; Bethlehem, PA 18018. We would recommend shipping your return/exchange items with a tracking number, since we are not responsible for lost packages.
